Lite and Premium

Lite

Relationship tracking for a small team, in your own Microsoft 365. Everything you keep today in Outlook, a spreadsheet and your head.

  • Companies, contacts, deals and activities, each a list in your own SharePoint
  • A pipeline board: deals as cards in stage columns with the stage total, dragged between stages
  • A next step and a due date on every deal; the home view is what is due and overdue
  • Lead intake from mail: a flow in your own tenant turns mail to your intake address into a contact, a company and a deal
  • An activity timeline on every contact, company and deal, with who logged it
  • BCC your intake address on an outgoing mail and it is logged against that contact, with no lead created and no automatic reply
  • Search across names, emails and companies
  • Outlook contact import, one way and on demand; it never writes back to Outlook
  • CSV import and export, so a spreadsheet comes in on day one and your data can leave
  • Won hands off to the Agreement Tracker: a link on the deal, never a shared record
  • Editor and Viewer roles; every record stays in your own SharePoint

Premium

For a team with a real pipeline that wants to stop typing what it already did in Outlook.

  • Everything in Lite
  • Reporting: pipeline by stage and by owner, what is expected to close and when, won and lost with the reasons and the sources they came from, the win rate, and the whole thing as a spreadsheet
  • Automatic activity capture: emails and meetings with people already in your CRM, logged against them without anyone typingPlanned
  • AI on request: a deal summary from its timeline, a suggested next step, and a lead score with the reason written outPlanned

Planned means designed and not yet built — it is not part of what Premium delivers today, and nothing here is charged for until it ships. Premium is off until an administrator turns it on, each person consents for their own mailbox, and what is read and kept is in the data-processing document you accept first. This deployment is on the Lite plan.
